The Wrinkle Tower

The Wrinkle Tower is a glass artwork with which glass artist Claudia Kuyken wants to emphasize the transience of life in an abstract way. A wrinkle is a fold or crease that should not actually be there. Whether it is a wrinkle, a wisdom or an experience. The older we get, the more “wrinkles”. The height of the tower indicates the number of years or “wrinkles”.

Claudia made the tower of bright beautiful colors with which she wants to emphasize that a life full of “wrinkles” can also be something very beautiful.
