Endangered fish

The glass artwork: Endangered fish is a work of art made of glass and pate de verre, chicken wire and plastic. The name of the artwork and the execution says it all. With this artwork I want to draw attention to the social problem of plastic in our society. The pedestal is made of mdf and finished with a black frame on top of the plinth.

I made this work together with my husband Glass artist Gerrit Lavrijsen.
