My Journey in Glass Art

After extensive experience in the business world, I founded WECKENonline.com in 2013, evolving from my recipe site WECKENonline.eu. In early 2021, I sold the company and discovered a new passion: glass art. From September 2021 until June 2023, I have been pursuing formal education in glass art at KANL, located in the Glazen Huis in Lommel, Belgium. This art form has become a significant part of my life.

My drive for new ventures has led me to author several books, including Handboek voedsel drogen and Koken met gedroogd voedsel.

Collaborative Creations

Together with my husband, glass artist Gerrit Lavrijsen, I co-create various artworks. Our joint efforts have resulted in unique pieces that reflect our combined expertise and passion.
